  Only gave one star because I couldn't give none. Had an eye test and ordered new glasses. Arrived a fortnight later. Wore for 3 days then took them back as they had not the anti-glare coating ordered. Also there was a screw missing and one of the legs was moving in and out. 3 weeks later still hadn't heard from them so went into the shop. Yes the glasses were ready but on inspection the leg hadn't been repaired. (I had been told it would be a complete new pair of glasses.) after 2 weeks still hadn't heard from them so again went to shop to be told we will be getting them in next week. After a holiday I went back. Yes the glasses were ready. Got them home to find a sharp screw sticking out of them. By now patience had gone. To them back to shop and requested a refund. No problem they said and proceeded with the process. After 2 weeks I checked my bank statement and refund had still not gone through. Checked the refund receipt and it had been voided! went back to shop and showed the receipt. They did not seem surprised at all. Steer clear if you want a decent pair of glasses.
