I've had my car in 3 times now to this garage and although they charge you every time for diagnostic checks and parts it still wasn't fixed. On my 3rd visit I had to actually get one of the guys to come out in the car to show him what was wrong with it. Now I'm having to pay £1200 from another garage out on faults as I've caused the car more damage by driving it!! The guy is so rude on the phone too! He doesn’t have any time for you!! Told me it was my own fault - yeah, because I'm a mechanic & I know what’s wrong with it. Don't use this garage if you know what's good for you!!
